Meet Christiane

Christiane B. Lynn, MSW, LSW is an accomplished trainer and dynamic public speaker. Throughout her professional career, she has enjoyed conducting numerous trainings for medical facilities, first responders, universities, schools, churches, and businesses.

When you meet Christiane, you will learn she is passionate about the importance of communication in healthy relationships and the synergy that is created when organizations invest in individual coaching, team training, and development. Christiane’s excitement for building strong, sustainable organizations is visible in where she invests her energy.

Her Expertise

Christiane is a graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University. Christiane is proud to be a licensed social worker and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. In addition, she is trained in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Attachment Therapy.

Christiane enjoys learning and remains a student of both social work theories and coaching best practices through continuing education, reading, and experiences that expand her perspectives. She is dedicated to constant improvement of her craft and holds herself accountable to her clients through life-long learning.

Her Experience

During her professional career, Christiane has served in a variety of positions within the healthcare field. Her years of work experience have included team development, workforce training, and education. She also spent time investigating allegations of suspected child abuse and neglect, as well as providing direct outpatient therapy for families, children, and adolescents.

Her Community

Christiane believes in the importance of sharing her time and talents with her community, as expressed through having been involved in the Water Street Rescue Mission Women’s Shelter, Lancaster General Health Family Health Service Clinic, as well as Lancaster County Children’s Health Alliance.
