Duane Britton

Duane B. Britton, M.A., CPC, began his business career more than three decades ago. He has served in various management and leadership roles for non-profits as well as for Fortune 500 companies. He has also started a number of small businesses and non-profit organizations. His experience reflects board and executive leadership, team building, staff relations, conflict resolution and training and assessments for corporate and cross-cultural environments. Duane also serves as a mentor and travels the world to speak at conferences and workshops. He is a Certified Professional Coach and served as a marriage and family counselor and business mediation consultant.

Duane is passionate about serving the community in which he lives, and beyond. In both his regional and local police departments, he implemented a Police Chaplaincy Program and serves as a Police Chaplain. He served on the Civil Service Commission, Mayor’s Council on Youth and the Downtown Redevelopment Committee. Duane also serves on the board at WellSpan Philhaven Behavioral Health Hospital and is a member of the planning committee for WellSpan Health.

Duane approaches situations with a pastor’s heart, looking to gain common ground and understanding. Reyna’s extensive background in HR enables her to grasp a situation quickly and develop solutions.

Reyna Britton

Reyna L. Britton, CPC has over thirty years of experience in various leadership roles for non-profits, corporations and large healthcare organizations. She is passionate about excellence, which is expressed toward helping others recognize their full potential and achieve their goals. As a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Change Management Practitioner, mentor and global conference and workshop speaker, Reyna leads by example.

Reyna serves as an internal consultant and change agent for her clients. Her competencies include conducting best practice and regulatory standards gap assessments and developing organizational cultural assessments and transformation initiatives. Britton also develops and implements corrective action and performance improvement plans for organizations and offers leadership development and coaching for physicians and other professionals.

In her multiple leadership roles, Reyna has led many organizational development and change management initiatives including achievement of initial and re-designation Magnet for Nursing Excellence and the adoption and implementation of best-practice processes for the Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence.

Last but certainly not least, Reyna was commissioned by the U.S. Department of Commerce for a number of years as a senior examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Program National Board of Examiners. She led teams of experts in evaluating role model world-class organizations, within the sectors of Service, Small Business, Manufacturing, Education, Non-Profits and Healthcare.

Reyna’s local community volunteerism includes serving as Vice Chair on Water Street Mission Board of Directors, as well as being a member of Lancaster General Health – Penn Medicine’s Patient Safety Board Subcommittee.

Its been transformative for us personally. When I look back at where we were a few years ago, I can mark the turning point in our lives from the content we received.

Christiane Lynn

Christiane B. Lynn, MSW, LSW is an accomplished trainer and public speaker. She has conducted numerous trainings in the community-at-large for medical facilities, universities, schools, churches and businesses.

Christiane has served in a variety of positions in the healthcare field, is a licensed social worker and also is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She graduated from Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and completed a Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University. Her years of work experience have included investigating allegations of suspected child abuse and neglect, as well as providing direct outpatient therapy for families, children, and adolescents.

In addition, she is trained in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Attachment Therapy. Christiane’s community involvement includes Water Street Rescue Mission Women’s Shelter, Lancaster General Health Family Health Service Clinic and Lancaster County Children’s Health Alliance.

My coaching experience was valuable. I now have a better understanding of myself, am enjoying life more, and have tools to help me work through the unexpected.
